My understanding is that there isn't a specified time period in Florida. You petition the court and there are grounds for annulment if there wasn't requisite intent or capacity to enter a marriage. For example, if someone was mentally disabled, was forced to get married against their will, intoxicated, etc.Originally posted by kapral:
