X LAND LORD IS TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY THAN A JUDGEMENT ORDERED NOW HIS LAWYER TOOK IT DOWN TOWN AND THAT JUDGE AWARDED HIM THE 2400.00 INSTEAD OF 1200.00 CAUSE SHE SAID WE DONT HAVE PROOF FROM THE MAGISTRATE BUT THE MAGISTRATE SAID THEY CANT GIVE ME A LETTER THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED. I HAVE 10 DAYS TO APPEAL TO SUPREME COURT IS THERE A WAY TO SOME HOW GET INFO ON HOW THIS MAGISTRATE FILLS OUT THERE JUDGEMENT PAPERS ?

The judge down town said she wont see an appeal for this case unless we have proof that the total awarded was only 1200.00 the magistrate office uses an old method instead of putting a x in the box for jointly or severly they put next to our names ET AL which means the same thing i thought. et al means all defendants liable weather I pay 600.00 and my fiancee pay 600.00 or we pay the 1200.00 together. The magistrate said they cant give me anything its out of thier hands cause the x landlord got an attorney to appeal it after 4 months cause we were trying to pay him but he would not return our 4 phone calls to him , he got a lawyer and they would'nt call the magistrate either to have proof it was only 1200.00 so now its on our credit and they did call the magistrate 2 days prior to going down town with it but still are saying its 2 fees i'm so sick to my stomach We just want this man out of our lives We feel like he is harassing us now...
