A lady on Facebook stated her entire party is not what the political cartoon in question was portraying. I responded to her that there are factions in every party including hers that can beg to differ. She responded insisting all factions in her party agree with her and then went on to insult me with "if you focused less on trolling others online and get that hairstyle fixed, you might find yourself in fewer friend zone situations." After curiously checking out her profile and noticing what looks like publicly displayed pics of her with a child but no male or father figure in any, I was induced to respond with "says a single mom with a biracial child?" Hours later, I notice she privatized them away and responded with "My Facebook account is set to private, meaning nothing is publicly accessible accept for my profile photo and banner that does not show my child. Your mention of my child and relationship status suggests you may be acting on behalf of my abusive ex, who has narcissistic tendencies and a criminal background. I strongly advise you to stop referencing my child to use against me in arguments, or I will have to notify my attorney." I don't even have a clue at all what her "abusive ex" looks like. I'm in Virginia and her profile says she lives in Florida. But can one easily file and favorably win a lawsuit when he/she gets questioned or insulted based on what he/she publicly displays in the first place on his/her social media account(s)?
