I was divorced in 2023.
Financial separation has taken place. Cars went to rightful owners.
My ex was given 30 days to remove personal belongings. I never blocked her from entry and also boxed up most of her items (And still do when I find more) and allowed her to enter to remove them. She never exercised her rights to wander the home looking for anything I might have missed.

At end of divorce we had no real property to separate so the computer, tv, freezer, food etc was to be separated via a 3rd specific named lawyer. Ex never made effort to contact this lawyer and I have not either. How long do we have to do this or when does the property just revert to whomever home it is in? What if I move could she still demand access to a new home to search for items she wants? What if items she later wants were broken (like a microwave) under normal use will I be ordered to replace?

No date was provided in divorce documents indicating when property separation has to be done by.

It seems to me like you should contact the "3rd specific named lawyer" to get the ball rolling.

Uninformed people operating on the interwebz can't answer any of your queries ACCURATELY.

WHY?

Because we/they know NOTHING as to the contents of the court order the judge issued relevant to your divorce proceedings.

However, the attorneys each of you retained should be well acquainted with your divorce decree.

If you want RELIABLE, INFORMED answers, NOT GUESSES, seek the counsel of your attorney, otherwise you might find the useless, uninformed responses detrimental to your well-being!

Depends on the terms of your divorce decree and any other applicable agreements or court orders.

What if I move could she still demand access to a new home to search for items she wants?

Yes. Keep in mind, however, that I could also demand access.

What if items she later wants were broken (like a microwave) under normal use will I be ordered to replace?

Depends on the relevant facts and circumstances.

Seems like these questions ought to be directed to your attorney who is (presumably) familiar with everything.
