I am currently in a relationship with a co-worker. We are keeping it under wraps just to not stir up any rumors etc. I have read our employee manual several times, and there is nothing that states you can not have a relationship with a co-worker. I spoke to a member of our HR department in general about this, and she said there is an unwritten policy about it, and the employees could be terminated. Can they terminate us for something we are not even aware is wrong? Would there be any recourse if either of us were to be fired?
