I was working at a nursing home for 11 years in Ms. The resident family accused us of being abusive to her mom. The resident family member had a hidden camera in thr room. this resident is always being combatted is documented all the time about this patience. H er daughter showed it to the administration and they suspened all 5 for 3 days, They we will be suspended until state board come and do they investigation. Well state board came an seen the video and said they seen no form of abuse. they fire us before the State did they investigation.. R they suppose to pay us while we were suspened since they didnt find no finding of abuse

You were lucky to have been suspended.
They could fire you, or anyone because the day of the week ends the letter "Y".

You didn't work while suspended, they aren't required to pay you.

If I were you, I'd keep looking over my shoulder a few months.
The family, if they have money and influence, can seek your prosecution by the DA for elder abuse or battery, notwithstanding the finding by your state board.

Nope, they did not have to pay you while you were suspended. (& that is even if you weren't fired though in this case you were per your post unless where you typed fired you meant suspended)

They also didn't have to pay you while suspended no matter what the state board findings were.

The state board looks at whether there is a violation such that you would lose your license, not whether you were nice to the patient or acting according to company policy. Those are very different standards and one has no bearing on the other.

It seems you didn't lose your license. However, the employer can handle the situation as they see fit - suspension, termination......
