I was wrongfully terminated i believe because my employer terminated me through another co-worker who was actually my boyfriend. I was never notified that I was terminated and there is no documentation. Can this be done and if not what channels do i go through to get this taken care of?

Have you gone to HR to find out what is the status of your separation? If not, that would be a place to start. Here is a link of what a wrongful termination is since from your posting one cannot really determine what went on.

Lets be clear here. Wrongful termination is termination that violates law, cba or, employment contract. There is no law that demands who must be the party that gives you the bad news. I do concur with previous post about contacting HR
