Do I owe Sales Tax on Internet Sales?

I want to produce a Do it yourself type book and sell it over the internet. DO I need to register with the state of my residence and file a monthly sales tax report? How about income tax in the other states where I will be selling?

You are creating a business and as such, you are subject to taxes. Consult with the small business bureau office in your state on how to proceed with setting up accounts and getting tax IDs. Good Luck!
