I am a truck Driver. I quit my job on 01/10/2014. My final paycheck had not been received by 01/24/2014 which was one week past regular payday. On that date I called and requested it be mailed to me and was told OK. To date I have still not received it.

My question: What can I expect to accomplish ? Get my last check only or can I file for damages too ?

Sorry, when you deal with any government bureaucracy (or even file a lawsuit), the process gets extremely elongated.

So, you've done all you can do, now you wait!

Just so you know, the company will likely get a "don't do that warning" letter as their punishment.

Life can suck most of the time.
