Hi,
I have received a traffic violation ticket which states that I have violated Flashing Signal at (here location given).
I went to court and pleaded not guilty. I need to show up for "dispository conference" on Dec 9 2014, and then court trial.
My question is about a discrepancy on the ticket which states that the viloation accured "at or near" (intersection here is given). Now at that intersection there is no traffic lights at all. There are other intersections nearby with traffic lights signalling.
Also, I am wondering whether the officer on duty had and in-car video recording or not (how to check that?).
Suppose he had such a device would the judge "correct" the ticket in officer's favor?
And finally do I have a chance to contest the ticket?
Thank you
Tom
