I have recently taken a medical leave from my job. It was for six weeks for surgery. Which I have a slip from my Physican. Three weeks ago I called to inform my employer that I was able to return to work. The following schedule i was not on. So i went to see her and she informed me that she had hired to many people and "Didnt know if she had any room for me". So once again i called and found out I am not on the schedule again. I have worked for this company for almost 2 years. I was wondering what actions to take. Any advice would be helpful.
