My daughter was hired by Hooters at the end of April. The resturant opened for business on May15. On May 21st she was terminated because as they put it she was not quilified to be a hooters girl. That was all the told her. Their web site states that there are NO requirements to be a Hooter Girl. Can they do this

Nothing you have posted suggests that her termination was illegal. They do not have to list the "qualification" on the website (or anywhere else) for the termination to be legal.
