It's best NOT to break their laws or steal their stuff, but if you do, don't SNITCH ON YOU.
If you didn't admit it to a police officer, and you STFU and remain SILENT, you'll have a chance.
Besides, CALI is broke and loaded with REAL CRIMINALS, they're not anxious to lock up kiddies.

Expect to be fired. Your confession to the employer won't hurt you, but you would be wise to never repeat it again.

If they turn in a Police complaint yes but base don what you have said I would guess no.

If you are suspended, it is "most likely" you will end up terminated (fired). There is no way we can know for sure if they will report this to the police & you are arrested. However; based just on what you posted, you will "probably not" be arrested.
