I live in Savannah, GA. Someone made a formal complaint against me at work. It was a false statement saying I cursed at another employee. I did not do this and essentially it is a he said she said situation. It is a second warning in the two years I have worked there. I am being written up for rudeness to customers/coworkers and I have to go to anger management class or be terminated. I did not sign the notice because I do not agree with the offense and I was suspended one shift without pay. I have until my next shift tomorrow to agree with the anger management or be terminated. Is this legal?
