is this wrongful termination

Hello i am a hispanic 21 year old pharmacy technician who works for riteaid pharmacy and i am part of the union. I have been working there for 9 months and i was terminated today. the reason being was because i was wearing sweat pants and because someone wrong me up and it wasn't the store manager. my manager is my pharmacy manager and she has no complaints but the store manager cursed me out called me a fucking bitch and said i was fired i did reply back with some curse words but i felt violated. i am always early to work and i work other people's shifts when need be. but this store manager hasn't spoken to me in like a week and today she just flipped out. everyone including her wears jeans and sneakers to work they only change when a big boss is coming i never got written up and she just fired me.she also does alot of things that i see and kept my mouth shut but should i say she brings her boyfriends to the riteaid office where there's a safe and to the bathroom to make out with them. i think that she is nice to the black employees because she's not to me i am the only hispanic working there.she is also best friends with everyone there and if they are short money in the register she lets them put the money in and doesn't write them up and she yelled at me when for the first time since i been there my register was short five cents. was i wrongfully terminated without any warnings and so far i haven't gotten a hold on my union rep. please respond. i work in new jersey. thank you
 
Unless you have some kind of evidence that you were fired BECAUSE you are hispanic, no, this is not a wrongful termination.
