mishandled drug screen

Given random drug test at work,test only showed positive for prescribed meds, person giving test did not know proper procedure and had to make two phone calls to ask how to read and seal sample.sent sample to lab for verification of prescription medicine.lab results showed prescription and said there was thc.initial test did not show thc,I was terminated and told if I enrolled in substance abuse program I would be reinstated,followed directions and enrolled.was given drug test at evaluation it came back clean except for prescription. Program asked why exactly I was there since there was no evidence of thc.Completed program and company would reinstate me.Company is under contract with Refinery and their policy is zero tolerance.can not return to my job and have failed drug test on my record now.called lab about disputing results and was told if I paid I could have same sample retested.I feel that sample was compromised so why would I do that? have been out of work over a month now very frustrated,coworkers support me in that they do not feel I was usng pot or being a safety risk.Superintendent and Refinery workers feel same way. Help is needed
