This is in Texas. Worked for a car dealership for 3 years without any mistakes, write ups, ect.... Owner told my father who was the General Manager at the time to fire me and gave no reason; so it happened. The truth later came out that the Owner was trying to sleep with my girlfriend who also worked there (she 21 at time, owner in his 70's). This truth came about 2 weeks later. This happened in 03 and I am barely getting back on my feet. Do I have a case even with the time that has passed? What legal action should I take. I would certainly think that qualifies as wrongfull termination. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

A wrongful termination means that you were fired for a reason specifically prohibited by law. I'm not seeing a wrongful termination here. But even if you did, you have LONG since passed the window for filing it. Too little, too late.
