I was told that I have been terminated from my position at a five star Five Diamond resort on the coast of Georgia because I supposedly had used profanity at one or two of the employees there I never did or never would use profanity at the face of any of my team members. When asked if I could read but the situation I was told "don't worry about it it won't do any good." Can anyone give me any suggestions on what I can do if anything.

I'll offer you three great suggestions: stop using profanity, seek new employment forthwith, and file for unemployment insurance. Two out of three won't be bad, and you might get the hat trick. :bye:

In at will employment you can be terminated at any time for any reason except a reason prohibited by law (examples-religion, gender, race....) or unless you have a binding employment contract to the contrary.

File for UI - the state will decide if you qualify & look for other employment. This was not an illegal termination.

Re your title of thread - you do not have to be allowed to face your accusers. Sorry.

The right to face your accusers exists in a court of law. It does not exist in employment.
