I have a IOWA state driving license and i was driving in iowa road at 47MPH on 35MPH Speed road and i see the cop and slow down to 35 MPH and cop flashed me and pulled over , he gave me a warning and he asked to sign on the warning receipt. I was in a tension and with out reading any thing on the paper and signed, I didn't received any paper/receipt for the warning. Now i was little afraid for not reading and signed. In case of warning does the driver gets any receipt?

You got a warning. You'll hear no more about this.
So, you can rest easy, pilgrim.

It may go in their system for a certain period of time - in case you get pulled over again, they will have a record of the warning. However, this time you got "off free" so to speak & no action should be taken against you.
