Hello everyone, I am new to the forum, and am a paralegal student in need of some assistance. Can someone please tell me what the proper jurisdiction for a virginia state eviction and the requirements for an eviction complaint are? (ie format? language?) any good sources or links will be greatly appreciated

The language for an eviction would depend on the reason for such. For example, if a tenant owes rent, the first step is presenting them with a "Pay or Quit" notice giving them a certain period of time to remedy the situation or filing for an actual eviction will begin.
