My Property Manager going to my place of employment looking for me and contacting my immediate family, telling them our business affairs. My husband and I are in our late 50's and been her tenants for a year. We always paid our rent on time and treat her rental as if is our own. I am ambarassed and upset. What do you suggest?

Perhaps you should call her and talk to her so she has no reason to search for you. Do you know why she is looking for you? Are you purposely avoiding her?
Take care of business and you likely won't have this problem.

Are you in default under the provisions of your leasehold?

Simply put, if you're behind in your rent, she can track you to another state, another city, almost anywhere to collect her debt!

Pay the rent, it goes away.

Your landlord is entirely within her rights trying to collect back rent.

You push it, she'll evict you.

You know what you need to do.

Do it!!!!
