i quit my job last july and walked out. about 3 months later the employer put the word out that i was terminated and not quit. i had trouble finding employment since professional position. i consulted lawyer and putting things together for lawsuit which seems likely to win easily. at the same time i finally applied for unemployement insurance and the employer wants to offer my job back. i cannot get benefits if i turn the job down and it will take time to take care of the law suit. should i go back to work and follow up with doing the law suit or???
