I signed my seperation of employment agreement. In there is a Non-Disparagement clause. My ex-boss is running around the plant saying "Lucifer's gone". Does this fall into that clause? If so what can I do or, shouldn't do?

Exactly as it is in the agrrement:

6) NON-DISPARAGMENT: Boman agrees not to make disparaging remarks about Mr. Larriu and Mr. Larriu agrees not to make disparaging remarks about Boman.

Just for the sake of argument, let's assume for the moment that what he is saying does fall under that clause. I'm not convinced it does, but for the moment let's pretend.

How are you damaged by it? In what way does his making such juvenile comments hurt you, your economic prospects, or your potential job opportunities?
