traffic tickets

Well I know I have a couple traffic tickets. The problem is I haven't did any thing about them for a year. You see I'm a veteran and I've been homeless a year now. Friend of mine took me in and helped me out. The problem is I have a job opportunity that I've heard I will be offered aboard a cruise ship. And they do an extensive background check that will disgualify me from this job because of these tickets. I should be getting this call next week for this job and I've heard the background would be a couple weeks after the physical. Soy question is, what can I do quickly with no money to handle this?

I doubt that a couple old tickets will disqualify you.
You're broke, so not much you can do.
Just wait and see if you get the job.

California no longer issues arrest warrants for most traffic infraction FTAs. If he had a valid license, it is likely suspended now.

Depending on the violations, you may be able to go to the court and appear to make arrangements to take care of them. Maybe arrange a payment plan. If they have gone to collections, that might be a bit more difficult.
