I have completed all jail time, fines, etc and went to one and hearing ten years ago,my first. I have been without a license for 12 years. I have no convictions related to driving w/o a license. How can I get my driver s license back.

Get a lawyer to help, otherwise you must write a letter to request hearings with DMV hearing officers, tell him or her why you deserve a license (more than I learned my lesson), wait 90-120 days to hear the ruling, then pay lots of money.
