Unemployment question

I received a letter from pa unemployment saying i need to fill out a questionnaire cause I may have been discharged or suspended for willful misconduct? what does this mean & what should i do?

It means your employer appears to be challenging your receipt of unemployment benefits. The state wants to hear your side of the story. Tell them by completing the form.

If your employer wins the case hearing then you prob wont get unemployment benifits. Do not make or write any false statements. Good luck.
