Environmental Law
Environmental and Natural Resources Law includes treaties statutes, rules and regulations that concern the environment, agriculture, energy, oil and gas, hazardous waste disposal, forestry and fisheries, animal law, pollution control and remediation as well as resource conservation and management. It also includes Federal legislation such as CERCLA (Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act or “Superfund”) and regulations promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
