Right, she will have to go to court to have you evicted and when she does, you will have an eviction on your record that any potential landlord who does a background check on you will see. Better to get out now than have that happen. Why do you think you are entitled to be a squatter in her house when you know she doesn't want you there? You're being really short sighted.

I will just appeal it exposed her on the appeal argument statement complaint because we are helping her with bills and stuff and taxes and because she have a drinking problem and a angry attitude behavior problems issue and she need a lot of help and she is struggling if we leave her she can't take care of her self etc. @EeeeekitsaMouse

That's her business, not yours, and it's not up to you to force your help on her if she doesn't want it. What actual proof do you have that you paid her taxes or her bills? Cancelled checks? Receipts? Doesn't matter. It's all irrelevant. The court isn't going to care that you helped her with bills and stuff and taxes or that she has a drinking problem. Absolutely none of that will impress the judge at all. What matters is that it's her house and if she wants you out, you're going, whether you want to or not. How old are you anyway? I assume you're very young because most adults know the way the law works and you really don't seem to have a clue.
