You might want to consult a local attorney. This sort of offense MIGHT be a sex offense in your state, and you probably want to be very careful about pleading guilty to anything here. Whether it can be expunged or not - and what that means in your state - I just cannot say. Expungement means something different in each state. In some states it means the crime is shredded and tossed into the ether, and in others (like mine) it just means that it is shielded by an additional blanket of bureaucracy making it a little harder to reveal to the public.
