    Well I haven't had my initial screening yet, I have a don't get accepted for benefits than I will try to find a lawyer who will take my case. I have to get through the screening first.

    To give everyone an update, I have formally re-applied for SSDI, I have a phone interview scheduled for August 23rd, I will see what happens than.

    I've tried many jobs over the years and have failed at all of them. The fact that a lawyer (who has a fairly good reputation) agreed to take my case years ago should say something.

    I would try to go back to the lawyer I had but I'm not sure if she is still practicing or not. She would be about 75 years old now. However there was someone else who referred me to her and if she is still actively working (which she may be) I may try to contact her to see if she knows anyone...

    I sort of do, not sure of their actual address but I do know the area in which they resign. Plus I know their name so they can always look that up.

    I've kept in touch with the person for a long time, it was 3 months ago that the person started asking for money but we have been in touch for years before that.

    I'm pretty sure it was the person who I have known for a long time. It is possible someone could have forced her to do those things but I am starting to think that she did it freely herself.

    Another thing that I forgot to mention is that I do have a documented disability if I could show that rendered me incapable of understanding the entire situation.
