Three Way, AZ is named for the intersection of Rte 191, Rte 78, and Rte 75 in Eastern AZ.



Similarly, the town of Why, in Southern AZ is named for the two routes that intersect to form a Y. Townspeople wanted to name it Y but state law requires place names to be at least 3 letters. Hence Why.



By the way, Judge, you omitted Wink, TX from your list. Wink is the boyhood home of Roy Orbison and has a Roy Orbison Museum.

lol... Did I ever tell you the story (TRUE!) of how I met Santa Clause when I was vacationing in Intercourse PA? In July!! (Santa and the Mrs was also vacationing there! )
