When you first started posting I figured you were either a law student or a young lawyer. After I was a bit hard on you, you got MUCH better with your answers. You will make a good lawyer.
NY, I'm going to be through my first draft of a manuscript on a book about CPS and how to deal with them next week. I am enlisting attorneys barred in various states to edit the book for their state specifics laws and codes. I will sell and distribute. Would you be interested in doing it for NY? What other states are you barred in?

Read the last paragraph of this brief on Arizona v Grant. It seems the USSC decided that you could search the car even if the occupant left it. -
