Federal Firearm Rights Restoration under 18 U.S. Code § 925(c)

Maybe red states would consider the federal restoration due to the tremendous amount of qualifying an applicant has to go through on the federal level. Arizona (red), for example, has a restoration program. But it has seldom been used because a felon would still be prohibited under federal law...

Federal Firearm Rights Restoration under 18 U.S. Code § 925(c)

Possibly, in very rare cases, under the existing system. Even with the proposed refinements it's still going difficult for a felon to get gun rights restored. Even if successful, that won't butter any parsnips at the state level.

My shopping cart scratched someone's car

A repair shop. It's very likely that it will be higher than you expect. That's because you have no clue as to how much repairs cost. If the car owner tries to gouge you, you have no leverage if you don't want your insurer involved. Or you can turn it over to your homeowners claims department...

My shopping cart scratched someone's car

Actually, your auto insurance won't have anything to do with it because you were not operating a motor vehicle. This has to do with your personal liability for damage or injuries to others due to negligence. That's covered by your homeowner or renter policy. An at fault claim on your homeowner...

Stealthy1, a regular member, was able to see the images. I don't think it's a moderator thing. Can you see either of these. The first is a jpg, the second a gif. Army's was a png. If not, can you try a different browser.

    Bank questioning past deed

I wouldn't think so. It could happen 100 years from now and still need a court ruling. I'm guessing that there is a title company that won't issue a title insurance policy without clarification. Did Mom and Cousin get title insurance when the transactions occurred? I'm guessing not. Mom and...
