Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Second shoplifting charge

I am a Retail Theft Consultant and answer questions like yours daily. Yes you have a serious issue. Confessing on a Public forum is VERY unwise. You need to talk to a lawyer who can tell you your options. A Public defender is also a Lawyer so both can do same thing. Question will be will court...

    Cps

Where I agree without a court order you are NOT obligated to do anything! I also think if you KNOW urine will be free of drugs etc and you KNOW nothing wrong is happening I dont see a reason to not comply. However use caution as doing so could open doors you dont want open

If Civil Demand was that paperwork I would guess no. However if its done electronically or they somehow recover or repair paperwork then yes expect it.

    Child support after age 18

Read through this forum. You will see many cases where there was no court ordered support and the non custodial parent had to pay for support since birth even if he/she was giving monies to other parent as support. Court can consider these payments as "gifts". It is best to consult a lawyer

    Child support after age 18

As stated this was NOT support but gifts. Mother "could" seek monies for last 18 years!

    Grabbed up

Agreed which is why stores have clear policies on stops. By "resisting" I was meaning that is might be presumed I was not speaking in a legal sense of resisting arrest.

    Grabbed up

At this point it "could" be presumed you are resisting which "could" justify use of force. Without being there or seeing video no one can say for sure. a Law suit can take a year or more with no promise of outcome in your favor. You are best served taking this to management or even corporate.

    Grabbed up

I am a Retail theft Consultant and answer questions like yours daily. In some states "concealment alone" is a crime. The law allows "reasonable force" in detaining anyone. If you do have injuries you can consult a lawyer or talk to Store management who might offer you a gift card. We also do...
