    Consequences for stealing

He might (most likely will be) fired. The boss might also press criminal charges.

Should i even try to fight this ticket?

The law just says securely fastened but to be on the safe side why not get mounting bracket/proper bolts.

    Home inspection

I don't see anything wrong here as you posted the question. Was your boyfriend (the Father) married to the Mother at the time of the child's birth? If not, paternity will have to be established by DNA testing & through the court system for the Father to have any rights in regard to the child.

Unfair Treatment at work? Need Help

I don't see anything illegal being done by your employer. Unfair does not always equal illegal. You might consider looking for other employment. Good luck to you.

    Roomate I want out...

Agree, you can leave & she told you to leave. You are not on the lease & have no written signed agreement. So many times these living together situations never work out.

    Gardianship/custody

Based on what you posted, definitely contact CPS. I'm surprised they haven't been contacted already.

    Wrongful Termination?

I don't see anything illegal done by your employer - file for unemployment ins. (the state will decide if you qualify) & look for other employment.

    Theft?

If salaried exempt - no, not time fraud & there isn't anything wrong with it if the employer/boss doesn't care. A salaried exempt employee gets paid for the "value" of his position to the company & not on the # of hrs. he works. There could be some weeks when he comes in early, stays late...

Neighbor is vandalizing my car. Police do nothing.

It's a shame that you need to but I agree that your best bet is to move.

    Illegal dismisal

Your post isn't real clear. You title your thread "illegal dismissal" - why do you believe this? As noted above though, if you are in the Philippines you need to talk to an attorney there. No severance is generally required in the US.

Is it legal for a lawyer to drive by house

I don't know why it wouldn't be legal. Agree that you apparently mean attorney & plaintiff since you are the one being sued & you would be the defendant.

    Non stop calling

If they are doing any damage or you are scared, call 911/000 or whatever emergency # you call in Australia.

Unlawful cause for search and seizure

?? Question not real clear. Was anything found when you were searched? You might want to discuss with a lawyer.

    Ticket mistake

You can always "fight" a ticket but I wouldn't plan on using the incorrect spelling of your name as your "defense". An incorrect spelling of a name doesn't get the ticket thrown out - it can be amended.

    6 year old twins

It's legal - no law against it except possibly in a foster situation as noted above. However, sometimes there could be a "moral" question as to whether it is the best option depending on the ages of the children. Since the children here are only 6, I see no problem at all.

    I was suspended

In at-will employment you can be terminated at any time for any reason except for a reason prohibited by law such as religion, race, gender.......or unless you have a binding employment contract to the contrary. I don't see anything that you posted that would give you a case against your...

    Retaliation

HOW CAN I TAKE THIS STRAIGHT TO COURT WITH OUT EEOC BECAUSE SEEMS LIKE THERE NOT CONCERNED?(quote Victoria) Generally if the EEOC doesn't take any action on their own, they will issue you a "right to sue" letter & you have 90 days after receiving it to file a lawsuit.

Drive cam in some company vehicles but not others: is this unfair labor practice?

This might not seem fair to you but unfair does not always equal illegal. There is not anything illegal being done here. Sorry.

    cps case

If CPS gave you "rules" to follow in order to get the child back, follow them without fail. Otherwise, discuss your situation with a lawyer. Good luck.
