Most surely/likely you will be terminated. You need to look for other employment. If you are terminated, you can file for unemployment ins. but there is a good chance you will not receive it (state's decision though). If you are contacted by the police, keep quiet & get a lawyer.

At 18 yes if you wish & if your old school will readmit you.
