Agree with other responders - at age 16 you cannot move out unless your parents give you permission to do so. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear.

He can say he believes you are responsible/guilty because there is no law that says he can't. He can take disciplinary action against you on what he believes. Unfair (which it might be) doesn't always equal illegal.

You need to immediately stop all contact with him. You said he has threatened to kill himself if you leave him. That might just be talk & no one can make anyone else kill himself/herself. It's that person's decision.

Whoa! He definitely doesn't want to do this without talking to his lawyer. This sounds like fraud/illegal.

Your original post says you were caught shoplifting at Kohl's - were you caught shoplifting twice?

There isn't much (if anything) you can do to keep them from complaining. Your best bet, as noted, might be to consider moving even though a hassle.

If you changed/switched sizes & prices to pay less for an outfit than what it actually sells for, then you committed a crime.

No one can say what might show up on any particular background check (all are not created equal) or a live scan. Have you thought about running a background check and/or live scan yourself? (You didn't indicate your state though IP address shows Ca.)

This happened 3 yrs. ago -have you not been driving since? I'm surprised a 25 yr. old DUI would show up on your driving record. Have you had any more recent violations?

Based JUST on what you posted, I don't see anything actually illegal done by your employer. As noted; if you are in a union, you might talk to your union rep. re any recourse you might have.

I don't know what you mean by "bad family" but if she is being abused or neglected, contact Child Protective Services.

You can do a google search on the legal process to get a "tenant" to vacate in your state.
