No, not a wrongful termination. You can be terminated for suspicion of committing a crime whether you did or didn't. In at will employment you can be terminated at any time for any reason except for a reason prohibited by law (ie religion, race, gender.....) or unless you have a binding...

You will just have to wait & see. There is no way we can know what they might or might not do. They still might be concerned that their "security policy" was violated.

All you can do is report the "accident" to your ins. co. which it seems you did & retain an attorney since you received a ticket & have to go to court.

I very seriously doubt it. Even if they encouraged you to take out the loans, you/your family did make the final decision to do so. I don't see where there is anything you can do.

Your Mother can contact the police & ask if it can be released to her (the owner/title holder). Since you were arrested, do you have a lawyer? You can ask him/her.

Aren't these the same questions you asked previously? Note the 3 answers above. If you pay the civil demand, you should not be arrested (& no you will not go to jail) or have to go to court. The civil demand in your case "probably" will be around $200.00. The letter will say.
