    Accepted for Value

It's not real clear if you are talking about debts owed to you, debts owed to others or both --- you "might" want to talk to a lawyer.

I-9 Termination to Paid Administrative Leave

Roommate not on lease failed to pay rent. Collateral?

You probably really shouldn't have taken his things. It would be best if you tried suing him in small claims court for what he owes you. Of course; if you win, you still need to collect on the judgment. I'm not sure why you would let him stay with you knowing his history.

    Home damaged by a tree

Is this possibly covered in your "agreement" with the landlord? The landlord is not always responsible unless he/she knew the tree was in bad shape & did nothing about it. Other times the LL might be responsible if he/she is always responsible for taking care of the land/landscaping.

    College Negligence

Based on what you posted, I don't see anything you can sue for. Sorry. (You apparently didn't suffer any type of damages.)

What clauses do I find in an "At-Will Employment" contract?

You might take any contract re consequences if terminating employment before a certain period of time is up or a non-compete contract to an employment or contract attorney for review & advice. At-will employment just means you can be terminated at any time for any reason except for a reason...
