    Verbally abusive parents

My guess is that you are around 16 or 17 years old. My guess is that more than 1/2 of children in that age bracket think their parents are abusive when they are mostly just parenting. Talk to a counselor at school. Talk to your parents about getting other counseling for yourself and perhaps them...

    Repair Estimates

If it were me and two estimates were so far apart, I would ask for a third.

    Roomate Roomate not on lease

So now you really know why she doesn't want to pay.

    Roomate Roomate not on lease

She knows her excuse doesn't make sense, she just doesn't want to pay. Now she wants to further abuse you with free storage. Ugh

    Toyota

I don't think you have anything to claim break of contract. In fact your actual contract probably doesn't address any of these issues. You say that you had an "understanding that they thoroughly checked....". Hopefully they already replaced the filter and battery, and you should have the rain...

    Renewal of water pipes

Compensated how, for what? It's going to be inconvenient for sure, but what price would you put on that?

    Flooding

The advice regarding putting things in safer storage, is to protect items that are irreplaceable such as photos, cards and yearbooks. Even if the landlord is held responsible, those items are gone. Basements flood. They just do. This one in particular has flooded previously.

    Contesting a Will

Grandfather could have left all of his money and belongings to his dog and cat if he wanted to. You nor your father are automatically entitled to inherit anything just because of your relationship. Now if perhaps you think greedy uncle somehow coerced grandfather to leave everything to him and...

    Contract cancellation

Your story is a little bit confusing with the different banks and the $1000. But anyhow, here is how Warranty and Gap cancellations work. The finance manager usually isn't is any hurry to cancel anything. They would rather be spending their time on new business. Next once they do the...

    Dealer swap/signed contract

Very good. Now keep in mind the same thing could happen elsewhere, so to avoid that try to find something in stock. Good luck

    Dealer swap/signed contract

Welllll, maybe. I know with most dealer systems the computer will not generate a contract without a VIN.

    Dealer swap/signed contract

You should be able to walk away with your trade-in. They do not have a valid contract because the contract they have is for a vehicle they cannot deliver. It happens. Even though it is a sister store, they really couldn't control whether that store would sell the vehicle. If it was after...

    Tuition reimbursement repayment

Okay so they spent $6000.00 on tuition, then he quits but wait, he wants to take some unearned vacation time 1st. I can see why they might be a little bit angry.

    Last Chance Agreement

I don't see it personally, but then I'm not a lawyer. To me there are too many variables.

    Tuition reimbursement repayment

"Yes we knew he would have to pay it back." That's all that really matters.

    Last Chance Agreement

Things that may seem reasonable and logical don't always have any bearing on the legality of things. It may seem logical that shorter hours and less responsibility would reduce errors, but there's no guarantee on that either.

    Tuition reimbursement repayment

Well he did put in notice and planned to quit, but technically they fired him,so to me this a gray area which might take a judge to decide. If they had not fired him, but rather allowed him to finish out the notice he gave, wouldn't he be on the hook for tuition? So that obligation really hasn't...

I can't get a tag, because the previous owner didnt pay some taxes

Dealerships do not sell cars on Craigslist and meet people at an apartment complex to make delivery. You really need to either talk to the dealership or maybe talk to the police and tell them you suspect the vehicle was stolen.
