My ex is driving a car that I signed for

Well that is good news. You do need to get your name off of the title with the state so that you don't have problems. If they get into an accident, parking tickets, toll fees etc. The best way to make sure it's done is for you and the ex to meet at the DMV once she has the title from the bank...

    EX GIRLFRIEND HOLDING MY PROPERTY

So are you expecting her to drive your stuff to you or pay to have your stuff shipped? Forget about it. If the stuff is not important enough for you to go get, it sure isn't important enough for her to spend time and money on.

My ex is driving a car that I signed for

You are both on the loan and both on the title which means you will have to BOTH agree to any resolution. You own it as much as she does. You can take it and hide it and make the payments but you will never be able to sell it without her cooperation.

    Failing to verify employment?

I am not aware of any requirement in law that a company must verify past employment. Talk to your prospective employer and ask if there is anything else they will accept to show you did in fact work there. (W2, pay stubs, etc.)

No, there is no way for you to get legal ownership(title) without him signing it over to you.

    Simple question

It is most likely that they are "picking and choosing" who they hire based on what they observe and experience. It may not necessarily be anything you're doing wrong, it could be any number of things.

    Parole costing me my job

Have you talked to the PO about this? Seems like they would want you to stay employed.

    Car Lease Expired Temporary Tags/Registration

The dealership would be filing the paperwork. What exactly do they tell you when you call? You can contact the state dealer licensing agency and file a complaint.

    Indiana Disclosing payment information

I agree that you're looking at this all wrong. Be thankful that he paid his 1/2. No harm done to you.

Purchased a car and need advice

If you didn't sign anything regarding the balance due, it would be difficult for him to collect. Just realize that if he does take you to small claims court, your "feelings" don't mean a thing.

Unfair Treatment at work? Need Help

There is no legal recourse against somebody being a "bad" boss with unrealistic expectations. You can try to sit down with this person in a calm way and try to work things out. You can try to go over their head( probably wouldn't work out well for you). You can try to transfer to a different...

Sign on bonus with 12 month retention policy

Seems like if they make him pay it back it should be only the $12,000 and his W2 should be adjusted for the taxes.

    Dealership messed up my titling?

Registration and sticker normally happen at the same time so it sounds like either they lost it, or it got lost in the mail or you lost it. You can call and insist that they never provided it to you and you paid for it therefore they need to get a replacement sticker for you, or you can go to...

    Dealership messed up my titling?

If the dealership gave you or mailed to you a new registration, the sticker would have been issued at the same time(unless things are different in your state). Is it possible they mailed you a new sticker and you did not notice it in all of your paperwork? It happens quite often.

    Theft?

There may be times when they need the person to work extra hours. It all balances out.

    Lien removed and title sent

I agree with everything adjusterjack said. Definitely send the certified letter. Someday you may need to show that you tried. Make notes of dates, times and who you spoke to at the bank. Have you gone in person to the dealership?

    Retaliation

If you don't have evidence or witnesses(who are willing to speak up), then yes it comes down to your word against his and either of you could lie or exaggerate. In fact, if your stories don't match then someone has to be lying, so how can anyone else know.

    Car dealership took car back

I agree that you can ask. Considering you drove the car for two weeks and returned it with damage, it's very unlikely you will get anything back. But it never hurts to ask.
