If the dealership reports it stolen then it will be.

    Refund on down payment

There is no 3 day "making up your mind period". It all depends on what you already signed. If you can't find anything in documents that you did sign, you can always ask them by what law they feel like they have the right to keep your money.

    Car down payment refund

Depends mostly on what you signed and whether you actually took delivery of a vehicle. It is not like buying something at Walmart. If you signed a purchase agreement and drove off with the vehicle, then it is yours.

    Wrong Vin

I don't know if this is the best legal advice, but I might be tempted to go on in and ask them to please call the police to help get this straightened out. Stick to your guns and refuse to sign anything else that does meet the terms of your original agreement, but if you do in fact have a...

    Non biological father won't stop

His name is on the birth certificate but it's been proven that he is not bio-Dad. They were not married at the time of the birth either.

    Non biological father won't stop

So this guy contacts you out of the blue and says I want rights to a child that I know is not mine. Tell him no! Then cease communication with him.

Father Wanting To Terminate Rights To His Kids??

Why would you want to allow him and even worse help him terminate his rights. Because he is not really interested in terminating his rights. He is interested in terminating his responsibilities.

Sold car, forgot to sign title, buyer wants refund

Used cars are sold as is. For $420.00 he should have expected problems. If the car has 4 tires, a decent battery and a little bit of gas then he got his money's worth. Ignore his threats. If for some reason the police are really bored that day and decide to go to your house the most they can do...

New leased car dealer messed up vin and title no plates or reg still

It is rare for a new vehicle to have title problems that would take this long. If you don't get a satisfactory answer call the state dealer licensing agency.

Sold car, forgot to sign title, buyer wants refund

See what he says when you tell him the money is gone but you will gladly sign. It's doubtful that it would be worthwhile for him to sue you.

can I be held financially responsible for cost to the company?

Probably yes or at least as long as it doesn't reduce your pay below minimum wage. What kind of cost?

    Wrong vin something Shady

It sounds like the title loan payoff was part of the deal so the dealer was supposed to pay it off, so it shouldn't be an issue and neither would the car wreck come back on him (assuming he has the paperwork showing he made the trade to the dealer).

can I be terminated for openly recording a conversation

I'm a little confused because you said the meeting went well and they gave you a severance package. The later you were terminated for the recording? What was the severance package about?

    Wrong vin something Shady

You may need an attorney to straighten this out. Something is shady for sure if you're driving one car and your contract is for another. For them to say they are not fixing the contract is crazy. Do not give them any more money. Before going to an attorney you may try going to see the...

    Recording and posting activity

"I don't care who hears what i say and do, because what i say and do is BORING. Hell, its so damn BORING I'm living it and it BORES me." I feel the same way when people act all concerned about Big Brother. People can spy on me all they want(and my neighbor does) there just isn't anything there.
