    appeal pro se

    1) One could assume that an additional 30 days would start on the day the original deadline ends. 2 & 3) Nobody here knows what court you were in or any of the details so we really can't tell you the rules.

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Potter Trial

Hmmm I wonder if they are also going to ask to hold a Glock to compare? If they do the prosecution would be wise to do something to simulate a loaded Glock which feels MUCH different and much less like the Taser.

Man With No Arms Commits Armed Robbery

I remember them. Also, a bit of trivia, AT&T or Bell never trademarked those little fingers. Back in the 2000's when all those other yellow pages came out they all had some version of the walking fingers on them. I guess AT&T/Bell never thought anyone else would have a use for the logo.

Issue with Possible Prescriptive or Permanent Easement by the Utility Company

A third-year really should be able to research this at least as well as anyone you are going to find on this forum.

HOA Lawyer Claiming Attorney-Client Privilege to Inspect My Home

If they aren't going to accept the report that they paid for then you can pretty much give up the idea of them settling this out of court. At least in a way that you would like. The only option I see, other than selling, is to contact the city building inspector. That much noise from simply...

    Ordinance Constitutionality

You may have proven it is illegal to yourself but until you prove it to a court of law it is meaningless. Yep, and I guess since you are already talking about appeals you think you won't be able to prove it in court the first time around?

HOA Lawyer Claiming Attorney-Client Privilege to Inspect My Home

Who ordered the rejected report, you or the HOA? I think it is time for you to lawyer up. The HOA has and you, at this point, are going to a gun fight with a spoon.

    Ordinance Constitutionality

That isn't how it works. Everything is legal until a law or court ruling says it isn't

Min insurance limits with 80+k vehicles

I couldn't read the HC version but another article I read on this ended with this paragraph... This is the largest penalty for such a crime in U.S. history, but the family won’t see a cent of it. Flood says that’s because Texas does not require bar owners to carry any minimum level of liability...

Min insurance limits with 80+k vehicles

Sure I would but the problem is neither the value of someone's car or the insurance carrier. That said while I don't mind arguing with Redemptionman I vote to close this one up just becuase his argument is just silly on this one.

The value of their car has nothing to do with my injuries.

Min insurance limits with 80+k vehicles

@Redemptionman You seem to not understand how auto liability insurance works. The state couldn't care less how much you insure your car for or even if you insure it at all. What the state mandates is that you have insurance to cover other people, cars and other property that you might damage...

NOT TRUE. He was not yet handcuffed and back in his own car at the time of the shooting.

    Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Potter Trial

I'd have to say there are exactly ZERO less than lethal weapons that are 100% not capable of killing someone given the right set of circumstances. I'd also agree that using them as punishment should be and really is already illegal. That said this was not a case of such use. The now-dead guy...
