    In both cases, the question got out there and wasn't answered. But there is one difference. In the case of the White House, answering questions is half of her job.

    I just don't see how kicking them out of the room, had been an actual journalist, is any different than a White House press secretary taking a question and then answering with something that isn't an answer to the question asked.

    Deceived by University via a "4-year Fixed-Rate Tuition Plan". Overpaid more than $4500 dollars.

    You need to think of the Fixed-Rate Tuition Plan as insurance. If you had car insurance for four years with no accident the insurance company isn't going to hand you back all of your paid premiums if you don't have a claim.
