British man pays $200K to become Korean man...

This is clearly a case of a person that found doctors willing to take his money in order to change him into a delusion he is suffering from. And to think 18 surgeries in 8 years isn't unhealthy doesn't know much about the dangers of surgery. "I identify as Korean. That’s just my culture, that’s...

    Is RTO pledge legal

You are still an employee. There could be any number of reasons you would be needed to go to the office. The state and local guidelines depend on where YOU are doing the work. If that is TN then you follow those rules/laws/guidelines. As mentioned you can be terminated for any reason and one...

    Is RTO pledge legal

I can't see anything in the above that would be in any way illegal for them to enforce even if you don't sign the form. They could also terminate you if you refuse to sign. Why do you think it doesn't apply to you?

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

We haven't been invaded by a foreign power either. That doesn't mean we get rid of the military. Oh, but look. A Houston Man Is Arrested For Alleged Illegal Voting As Texas GOP Seeks Tighter Laws

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

I don't have to have evidence as I'm not taking it to trial. But it could be done and as I said without hearing from a number of the "voters" under oath I don't see how it could be proved.

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

But the chances of that are very low if you do some research. In 2016 72.1% of Mass' of registered voters voted. It wouldn't be that hard for an organization to get a pretty good feel on who didn't and usually doesn't vote.

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

You don't need that information in every or even most states. Political affiliation isn't even on your registration in my state. And even in my small town, I didn't happen to know any of the poll workers this year. I would say they didn't know the vast majority of the people that voted there...

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

If Mass doesn't allow one to get an ID card fairly easily when they turn in their DL that is on the legislature of Mass. Somebody registered to vote and likely proved their right to vote when she registered. But how is some volunteer poll worker to know that that person is the same as the...

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

All she has to do is ask get the ID. Sure she is a US citizen but how is anyone else going to know that? She can't get on an airline without an ID and voting is way more important.

Greatest invention of all time = sliced bread!

Strangely enough, after almost 6 decades of sliced bread use my wife and I have reverted to usually buying unsliced bread. I've noticed a lot less waste and the ability to decide the thickness lets one loaf work for multiple uses.

WWGWD-- that is right what would George Washington do?

No actually he wouldn't have. Unless of course, they were troops under his command at time of war.

    How are they not illegal?

I can see two possible reasons for that. 1. We stayed away from people. 2. If you had the sniffles they treated it as COVID.

    forging an official document

I guess my question is the fraud has nothing to do with the will itself. It was an action taken by the nominated administrator of the estate. I couldn't find anything in the OP that inferred the will itself was defective. It seems that even if the court found the nominated administrator guilty...
