Assault & Battery Domestic Violence and PRR

And the police got involved, because? Somebody contacted police. Was it you, or is there another witness? And how did you get the "tiny scratch" on your finger? Are you trying to claim now that you filed a false report? They can charge him based on what they have evidence of. If he is...

    Another being harrassed thread

Report any and all violations of the restraining order, no matter how minor. Do your best to not engage any members of the coven. File police reports for any instances of vandalism, etc. Move. If I may ask, is there a reason the Wiccans are stalking you?! Most of the Wiccans I knew in TX...

Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct In home Secret video and audio recording

She has sent you a 30 day notice that your month-to-month tenancy is being terminated. Find a new place to live. All else is commentary, because any actions by you at this point will be viewed as retaliatory. Aside 1: How would you know that she'd locked the doors to the rooms that you're...

    Afraid for our safety

I could imagine the guy's mother or grandfather posting bail, if given a chance. However, since he threatened the police as well, perhaps they won't get that opportunity.

New Green Card or just a new S.S Card?

I doubt it. Look at your state's DMV's list of acceptable documents. If I-765 isn't on there, then no, it's not sufficient proof. Get the replacement SS card and green card.

    Dangerous Neighbor

File a police report at the station. Keep meticulous records of what happens when. Become aware of local ordinances, to better understand what is violation versus what is just annoying. Report the things that are violations of the law.

New Green Card or just a new S.S Card?

Your physical card expired, not your status as a legal permanent resident. Just file an I-90 with USCIS already. Go to: I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card

    My parental rights

Take what "people" tell you with a grain of salt. "People" talk a lot and are often short on facts. That said: you aren't supporting your children. Their father isn't supporting them. If your grandmother is getting financial help from the state help raise YOUR children, then you will be...
