It is unlikely that you can force an alleged sibling to submit to a DNA test. Your mother could have filed to establish paternity when you were born up until the alleged father passed away, but for whatever reason, she apparently did not. You could/should consult with a local family law...

Did you call the bank? Was the check cased? If so, was the endorser the intended party? IF not, did you let BoA know that the check was cased by someone other than the intended part? Did you file a police complaint? WHEN did this occur? Last week?...month? ...year?

Exactly! Most everything you find "unfair" in teen's/early 20's, you come to understand bit later in life...usually by late 20's/early 30's and definitely when you have children of your own.
