I would guess that would be detailed in your unions collective bargaining agreement with the company.

I thought if you plea guilty that you could not appeal. One thing you could try is to get the felony expunged from your record. That usually takes years of being good.

If you havent been charged then you probably wont be. Not saying they may noy file hit and run charges on you at a later date but if the chp didnt at the time then you should be in the clear. And if they do end up filing charges then do as army said and hire an attorney asap. Good luck.

You could always go down to the police department and tell them what happened. If the school system will not investigate for you then hopefully the PD will and they will get some answers. Again good luck as no child should be treated like that.....especially at school.
