Yea the runnig just added another charge to you. Your best bet is to contact a local attorney retain him/her and let your attorney work something out for you to turn yourself in. You never know oyur attorney could get you little or no jail time at all. Running is not the answer as one day you...
You can contact cps and tell them and hope they investigate. Document everytime there is a problem or one of the kids get hurt. You can also go back to court and try to get the children more.
At that age it really dosent matter if a room is shared. When the kids start to get older Even though there is no law that says they cant share a room Im sure they will not want to anylonger.
Certainly understandable why your husband would want to take up for you but as the others have said he had no right. Its where you work not him. Your boss should learn how to speak to people but your hubby getting involved could make things much worse for you.
Its can always be towed to them. If the problem is the trans. and its under warranty dont let them get away with it, spending more money taking it somewhere else make them do the right thing and fix it. If they try and give you the run around tell them you will (and do) call the media, they will...
The state will not pick up the tab for his living expenses. You can go to the courthouse and ask about the article 78 or maybe call a local attorney to see how to get that started. Remember that thousands of people are paroled every year and the parole board are doing what they are doing based...
Couldnt she as someone mentioned above change the locks on the truck legally to keep him from coming in the night and taking it? I know he can come with the cops but if she changes the locks to keep him from taking it whenever he feels like it and maybe hids it, then would he have to go to court...
Do this now. Mold is probably building up which can be harmful to anyone who lives there. Give the written notice and keep on them to fix the leak. Good luck.
Exactley, there are alot of ifs that could have merit on the case like was it self defense, were there witneses, a police report filed etc.? Go talk to a attorney now and let him/her handle everything for you.
The military has its own set of rules and ways things are handeled. Do as mighty said and go to your commander then the ball should start rooling. Good luck.

In VA I have never had my vehicle inspected without them saying something( tire, light bulb, some words I have never heard of lol) needed fixing before it can pass. They try and make a quick buck off of you. Glad you caught yours.
Her email to you means nothing, she must notify you of the impending civil suit via an official court summons and complaint. If the statute of limitations have not run out then you would have been responsable for the rent. Once the limitations have ran out then shes SOL.
Unless you plan on...

When he turns 18 he is a adult and can make his own decisions. You still have to go and get the no contact order reversed but as long as he wants to see you then you guys should'nt have any problems with the judge dropping that order. Good luck.
