well if no one has been charged then the statute of limitaions may have passed. 10 years in most states. So that part depends on what state this was in. You can call the courthouse orPD in the state you were in and ask if you are wanted. If it were me I would stay home. Good luck.

Appeal, Pardon, Motion, Writ Question about if sentence modification, appeal, or anything is available with a plea

Sorry to say but it is almost impossible to appeal a guilty plea. The judge ask at the time of the plea if you understand and etc. The only thing he can do is speak with his attorney about the situation and see what the attorney thinks, but like I said it is not very likely. Good luck.

If you are on probation then the judge can revoke that. You should talk more with your attorney about this as no one on here can give you a deff. answer of what would happen. How long be4 you go to basic training? DNA can take awhile and without the test proving he is not the father or a court order(which he would have to be convicted of abuse or something else to the child not allegations) then as armey says he has just as much of a right to the child as you do...

    Tenant Stealing Mail

First does this tenant have legal access to your mailbox? In other words do you rent a room or something where both of your mail comes to the same box? You could try setting up a camera somehow. It is a federal offense to take something out of someones mailbox, I would let them know that. To put...

You may win a judgement against the person but thats not saying that person will pay you. If they wont pay you now then probably wont pay you latter.

    Tenant/Landlord Rights

Well do not sell her stuff right now or you will be paying for it in one way or another. You need to go to court and get her legally evicted. You can sue for past bills but sounds to me they wont pay. I would also demand the mailbox key back and if you do not get it then get a post office box...
